Job summary

Global Finance Teams in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Project Manager to support estimating, scheduling, and project management operations across multiple client engagements, from bidding through delivery.

You will assist estimators, coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables; track progress and risks; maintain accurate records; and communicate clearly with Spanish- and English-speaking clients and team members to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in project management, construction, estimating, scheduling, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimators with preparing bids, estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Support day-to-day project management from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, estimators, and internal teams.
• Track project progress, deadlines, budgets, and outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Help identify scheduling issues, project risks, and potential delays and communicate them proactively.
• Follow up with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving.
• Support project meetings, updates, and client communications.
• Assist with administrative and organizational tasks related to multiple projects.
