Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in project management, construction, estimating, scheduling, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimators with bids, estimates, proposals, and docs.
• Coordinate schedules, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Support day-to-day project management from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Track progress, deadlines, budgets, and items.
• Maintain records, schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Identify scheduling issues and communicate risks proactively.
• Follow up with teams and vendors to keep projects moving.
• Support meetings, updates, and client communications.
• Assist with admin tasks for multiple projects.
