Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Project Estimator / Project Coordinator to support pre-construction and execution activities for multifamily construction projects. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, coordinate project documentation, and assist with procurement, scheduling, and budget tracking.

The ideal candidate combines estimating and project coordination experience in a General Contractor setting, with strong skills in reading plans, quantity takeoffs, and working on U.S.-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4-5 years General Contractor estimating experience.
• Minimum 3 years estimating U.S.-based construction projects.
• Experience estimating across multiple CSI divisions.
• Multifamily (150+ units) estimating experience preferred.
• Experience on large-scale multifamily developments; project values >$50M preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with takeoff software and bidding platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of construction practices, safety requirements, building systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, reports, and related documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for multifamily and podium-style projects.
• Develop and maintain estimates, clarifications, assumptions, and budget documentation.
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor bids, level proposals, and resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Validate project budgets through collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, and historical cost data.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and collaborate with internal project teams.
• Support value engineering initiatives through coordination with design teams and trade partners.
