Amber Studio is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in English and Vietnamese to assist players of a Live game, handling account questions, gameplay issues, purchases, and basic troubleshooting. You will gather data, identify root causes, and provide personalized solutions while staying updated on game changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, player support, or contact center.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.

• Experience with multisystem support and knowledge bases is a plus.

Responsibilities
