Qualifications

• Native Vietnamese language skills required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or player support.
• Experience with contact center processes and multilingual support.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and answer inquiries for Live Players.
• Gather relevant data, understand root cause, and offer personalized solutions.
• Constantly staying updated on game changes and features to assist players effectively.
• Maintain healthy KPI results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Monitor backlog and report negative trends promptly.
