Job summary

You will liaise between patients, healthcare providers, and insurers, handling inquiries, eligibility checks, scheduling, and EMR updates. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to support diverse patients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in Customer Service, Pre-Authorization, Scheduling, Medical Reception in a BPO setting.
• Knowledge of US insurance pre-authorization, verification, health claims helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in English and Spanish with accurate message documentation.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar efficiently.
• Conduct patient intake and verify information for accuracy.
• Make outbound calls to arrange appointments.
• Update EMR with patient schedules and history.
• Communicate messages to doctors' offices via email.
