Civicom Pacific Corp., via WelcomeWare, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Client Care Coordinator to support a U.S.-based client in a hybrid Alabang setting. You will respond to inquiries, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and prior experience in healthcare-related customer service or pre-authorization is preferred.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English and Spanish required; ability to communicate with patients and healthcare providers in both languages.
• Experience in customer service, pre-authorization, or medical reception within a BPO context.
• Knowledge of US-based insurance pre-authorization, verification, health claims, and eligibility processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with local and remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Answer patient calls in English and Spanish with accurate documentation and timely routing.
• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients and maintain calendar efficiency.
• Conduct new patient intake and verify information for complete records.
• Make outbound calls to arrange and confirm appointments.
• Update patient schedules and history in EHR/EMR systems for seamless tracking.
• Communicate patient messages to doctors’ offices via email for prompt follow-up.
