Tive Inc. is seeking an outbound Sales Development Representative to drive Latin America opportunities by researching target accounts and setting introductory meetings for our sales team.

You’ll work with Marketing and Sales to craft messages that resonate with decision makers and demonstrate ROI from Tive’s solutions. Ideal candidates have 0-2+ years in high-tech B2B, bilingual in English and Spanish, and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years in a high-tech B2B marketing, inside sales, or sales development environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Strong hunter mentality and competitive drive.
• Motivated by fast-paced change and resilience.
• Experience using multi‑channel prospecting: calls, emails, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified prospective and customer meetings for Account Executives.
• Research new key accounts to understand initiatives and challenges for personalized outreach.
• Own your pipeline and manage a continuous influx of new accounts.
• Become a Tive expert to explain solutions and market positioning.
• Schedule well-qualified appointments with key decision makers.
• Use Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator and G‑Suite for outreach.
