Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer (Japanese-speaking) to provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 in Japanese, English and Chinese. The role involves handling incidents, troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.

Proficiency in Japanese and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required, with additional responsibilities including account management and ITSM ticketing. Salary up to USD 6,500 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in IT Helpdesk/Service Desk support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 fundamentals and support operations.
• Able to converse in Japanese and Mandarin (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 in Japanese, English and Chinese.
• Handle incidents and service requests, perform initial troubleshooting and escalation.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and configuration changes.
• Perform operational tasks for M365 using PowerShell.
• Create and manage tickets, document troubleshooting steps and resolutions using ITSM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, and FAQs.
