Private Advertiser is seeking a Customer Service Representative to respond to inquiries across multiple channels, supporting products and services while collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have call center or sales exposure, be fluent in English and Tagalog (spoken and written), and be able to work shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center-based customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Fluent and clearly understandable English and Tagalog (oral and written)

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
