PalmPay Financing Corp. in Quezon City is seeking a Chinese Translator for the Collection Department.

The role focuses on ensuring smooth communication with Chinese-speaking clients and supporting collection-related documentation and reporting. You will translate documents between Mandarin Chinese, English, and Filipino, assist the Collection Manager in monitoring activities, and help with administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese (written & spoken); knowledge of Chinese characters is a plus.
• Strong English and Filipino proficiency.
• Experience in translation or bilingual support is preferred; financial/collections exposure is a plus.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents and correspondence between Chinese, English, and Filipino.
• Provide verbal translation during meetings with clients.
• Support collection activities and coordinate with the Collection Manager.
• Maintain records of translations for compliance and audit purposes.
• Prepare reports and organize office documents; collaborate with Credit, Risk, HR as needed.
