iFIVE Global seeks a Case Manager – Spanish Speaking to join our team in Pasig. The role provides day-to-day administrative legal support for disability claims until they are transferred to an attorney, coordinating with clients, attorneys, and Social Security offices.

You will be a key contact for both Spanish- and English-speaking clients throughout the process. The successful candidate will handle inquiries in both languages, monitor multiple claims, and ensure timely actions while

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in case management, case coordination, customer service, administrative support, legal support, healthcare support, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries in Spanish and English via phone and email following established workflows.
• Manage and monitor multiple time-sensitive disability claims efficiently.
• Maintain understanding of each case, including status, documents, and next steps.
• Communicate proactively with clients about requirements, procedures and deadlines.
• Follow up with clients to obtain updates and provide progress status.
• Coordinate with Social Security field offices and external parties to obtain updates.
• Enter client information and document case activities in the case management system.
• Ensure all documentation is uploaded and stored in the electronic file.
• Prepare and submit appeals within filing deadlines.
• Collaborate with US Case Managers on reviews, denials, and appeals.
