Job summary

ContactPoint360 in Cebu City is seeking a bilingual Cantonese speaker to deliver world-class customer support by phone, email and chat. You will be the primary contact for Cantonese-speaking customers, resolving inquiries and handling orders in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role at Skyrise 4B, IT Park, Cebu City requires near-native Cantonese, willingness to relocate to Cebu, and experience in customer service. High school diploma or higher; a degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Close to a native Cantonese speaker.
• Willing to relocate to Cebu.
• Can work on an Evening shift/Shifting schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class service to Cantonese customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Serve as main contact for queries, complaints, and requests.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and CRM records.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes.
• May work on non-routine tasks within area of responsibility.
