Job summary

Requirements include a BS in Accountancy, 2+ years in AP/general accounting/audit, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in Oracle/Ariba.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable college or university.
Minimum of 2 years combined work experience in accounts payable, general accounting, and/or audit.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software/applications (Oracle/Ariba preferred).
Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Mandarin reading/writing is required.

Responsibilities

Process and review high-volume accounts payable transactions for China and Taiwan entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Review, analyze, and enter invoices, accruals, and expenses in Ariba and Oracle; identify exceptions and policy non-compliance.
Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and schedules aligned with US consolidation calendar.
Audit employee expense reports and enforce travel and expense policies with timely reimbursements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
