GETZ HEALTHCARE is seeking a Bid/Tender Administrator to ensure the eligibility of bids and manage tender documents. The role focuses on preparing and processing bid documents, price proposals, bid securities, and related requirements with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
You will monitor PhilGEPS opportunities, coordinate with the Sales force and CDM, and maintain bid records and calendars. A four-year degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
The position is primarily responsible for ensuring 100% eligibility of all bids and tender activities as well as ensure achievement of the above deliverable, the incumbent will meticulously prepare and process bidding documents, price proposals, bid securities, performance bonds, post qualifications requirements and other related documents.
The fixed-term engagement will run from August 16, 2026, until January 16, 2027.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Monitors Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System PhilGEPS daily for any potential bid opportunities and inform the concerned Sales force.
Coordinates and follow-up with the concerned sales force to submit the bids analysis duly approved and endorse by the Customer Development Manager (CDM).
Checks and verifies the completeness and accuracy of the bids analysis.
Prepares necessary bid documents such as Eligibility, Technical, and Financial Requirements needed to complete bid and tender documents. This includes Bid Security whether Manager’s check, cash, surety bond, or Bid Securing Declaration.
Coordinates with the Customer Development Specialist (CDS) for the review and checking of the bid documents.
Turns over the prepared bid documents to the concerned Customer Development Specialist or Customer Development Manager (CDM).
Updates database on bids performance, Notice of Awards, and completion, bids calendar, bids statistics, price quotation and bid documents charging to business partners.
Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
Graduate of any four-year Bachelor\'s degree.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bids, tenders, contracts administration, sales support, procurement, or a similar administrative role.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or FMCG industry is preferred.
Familiarity with government and private sector bidding processes, including preparation and submission of tender documents, is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and organize documentation accurately and within deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of PhilGEPS and government procurement procedures is an advantage.
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
