Job summary

HealthPrescription Inc is seeking a proactive Bid and Tender Coordinator to manage and coordinate bidding activities in the Philippines. You will monitor opportunities, prepare documents, and ensure timely submission across internal teams and external partners.

The role requires a degree in business-related field and 1–3 years' experience in bidding or procurement. You will work with suppliers, clients, and government agencies to meet strict deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of bidding, tender management, procurement, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with PhilGEPS or government procurement is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bidding and tender activities across departments.
• Monitor bidding opportunities, especially PhilGEPS and related platforms.
• Prepare and organize bidding documents, quotations, and proposals.
• Ensure complete and accurate submission of bid requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and government agencies for bid clarifications
• Monitor submission deadlines, bid results, and post-bid requirements
• Maintain organized bidding records and documents
• Ensure compliance with procedures and company policies
• Prepare reports and updates on ongoing and completed bids
