RBGM Medical Express Sales Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead the end-to-end bidding and tendering process for its medical devices and healthcare products. The role drives revenue growth through strategic bid planning, competitive positioning, and cross-functional coordination.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in bidding/tender management, strong knowledge of PhilGEPS, and a proven track record in securing contracts, with experience in pricing strategy and contract negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
• 5+ years of bidding, tender management, or commercial operations experience, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement processes (e.g., PhilGEPS) and private sector bidding.
• Proven track record of managing successful bids and securing contracts.
• Experience in pricing strategy, cost analysis, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bidding and tendering process for the company’s medical devices and healthcare portfolio.
• Develop and submit bid proposals and manage pricing and commercial strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure bid compliance and timely delivery of documents.
• Ensure documentation aligns with procurement requirements and maintains audit trails.
• Track performance and provide regular reporting on bid outcomes and revenue impact.
