Overall Purpose of The Job
- Responsible to achieve required performance levels in terms of quality, efficiency and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for creating and managing comprehensive crewing budgets for new Cargo and Offshore business opportunities by analysing crew requirements, Crew costs, regulatory compliance, and operational needs to create accurate and competitive budget proposals.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
- Responsible for creating new Business Crewing Budgets for Cargo and Offshore segment.
- Work closely with P&L Team, and Business development teams as necessary .
- Rework proposed budgets where needed, while taking into consideration advice from the senior team members.
- Ensure prompt responses to budget related queries on new businesses where required.
- Engage internal communication with respective Crewing and Shipman offices in the group and accredited V. Third Party providers as required.
- Continuous monitoring and updating proposals produced for each Offices through "Budget Logbook"
- Prepare Monthly Proposal report and other related reports (i.e. DODR, Approved proposals report).
- Prepare yearly budget templates and other related templates for Budgeting purposes.
- Provide meaningful and relevant analysis through monitoring of vessels that entered management, monitoring vessels which are under fixed invoice and proposals routed through the Crew Bid Cell.
- To undertake project work and assist other members of the Group Bid Team and Commercial as required.

- Accuracy of crewing budgets and management proposals based on budget assumptions and other related factors.
- Timeliness and accuracy of relevant reports.

Essential
- University graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy or with relevant accounting experience.
- Good computer operating skills including excel spreadsheet experience and word processing.
- Highly motivated, structured and quality driven individual who in parallel possesses strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels.
