The role focuses on driving distribution, managing distributor performance, and ensuring profitable, on-time deliveries while building strong client relationships across channels. 5+ years FMCG distributor experience preferred; based in or willing to base in Naga.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course in Business or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Distributor Management in FMCG.
• Preferably based in Naga.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand and category targets for new accounts.
• Drive distribution growth and SKU listing at distributors.
• Ensure distributor inventories meet trade requirements.
• Manage timely payments and minimize HB.
• Coordinate claims with Finance and perform reviews.
• Map areas, analyze reach versus potential, and plan coverage.
• Suggest infrastructure and route productivity improvements.
• Drive category planograms and merchandising across channels.
• Run brand activities aligned with channel and category strategies.
• Oversee distributor profitability and development initiatives.
• Conduct monthly and weekly distributor business reviews.
