Job summary

Brainbox is a unique BPO aiming for exceptional service and a kind culture. The Payroll Officer will manage end-to-end payroll for staff, ensuring timely, accurate payments in line with Philippine labour law.

Key duties include fortnightly pay runs, tax calculations and deductions, and statutory reporting. The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience and strong knowledge of BIR/SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG requirements, with on-site work in Pampanga.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience doing payroll.
• Hands-on experience processing bi-weekly pay runs, leave administration, deductions, and government contributions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labour Code, taxes, and statutory benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for staff.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.
• Reconcile payroll reports, journals, and balance sheet accounts; support payroll in general ledger.
