Job summary

Brainbox is seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll for our staff in Pampanga. You will own the bi-weekly pay cycle from timesheet validation to statutory compliance, ensuring accurate and timely payments under Philippine labour law.

Key duties include processing fortnightly payroll, calculating earnings and deductions, handling BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions, and maintaining confidential payroll records. Xero proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience with fortnightly pay runs.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labour Code and statutory payroll requirements.
• Experience with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions.

Responsibilities

• Process fortnightly pay runs end-to-end including timesheet validation and deductions.
• Calculate earnings, deductions, bonuses, and ensure accurate payroll records.
• Handle statutory compliance and payroll-related government filings and audits.
