Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst to develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that drive data‑driven decision‑making. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and automate reporting processes across the organization.

The role collaborates with business leaders, customers, and technical teams to support operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related roles.
• Experience with SQL querying, database management, data analysis techniques, and reporting platforms such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI, or similar tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions, with experience in automation or data integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases for operational and strategic reporting.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports, analyze trends and performance metrics, and present actionable insights and recommendations.
• Perform data validation, audits, and root cause analysis while supporting reporting platforms, governance processes, and incident resolution.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define reporting requirements, automate processes, maintain documentation, and support cross‑functional initiatives.
