The role involves analyzing data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet reporting requirements. A strong Excel and BI skillset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Knowledge of data visualization, dashboard development, data validation and statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SQL, VBA, Python, R, Tableau, Project Management or Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Gather, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external systems.
• Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive reports while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with Service Delivery Managers, Business Support Managers, Account Teams, and customers to understand reporting requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
