Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Reports Analyst to design, develop, maintain, and deliver accurate reports and dashboards that support business operations and strategic decisions. You will analyze data from multiple sources, validate data, and create actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of data visualization, dashboards, data validation, and statistics.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Gather, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external systems.
• Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive reports with data accuracy.
• Partner with managers, teams, and customers to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and process improvements.
