Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Data Analyst in Cebu to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, build BI dashboards, automate reporting, and ensure data accuracy.

You will collaborate with business leaders and tech teams to drive operational performance and strategic initiatives, delivering high-quality reporting. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, proficiency in SQL and BI tools, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/IT/IS/Data Analytics)
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Reporting
• Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis techniques
• Proficiency in reporting/visualization tools (Power BI, SAP BO, Oracle BI)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query)
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience with automation tools or data integration is a plus

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions

• Create and maintain documentation, technical specifications, process procedures, and knowledge articles

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related roles
• Experience with SQL querying, database management, and data analysis techniques
• Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI, or similar platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to data quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with automation tools, data integration concepts, or programming languages is an advantage
