Job summary

White & Case LLP’s Manila Global Operating Center seeks a Business Analyst in the BI function to enable data-driven decision-making. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable BI solutions, deliver iterative analytics, and champion data quality and governance within an Agile environment.

You will play a key role in developing Power BI reports, working with data engineers, and ensuring high standards of client service across the firm’s global offices.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in hands-on business analysis with stakeholder management
• Experience in professional services preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, DAX, SQL, VBA
• Strong English communication (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in computing or Information Science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level BI reporting support with data analysis and visualization for ad hoc and standardized reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc and standard analyses with clear commentary and recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Elicit and document stakeholder pain points and translate them into actionable work items for development.
• Define, document, and prioritize business requirements, guiding on how data, analytics, and BI tools can solve business problems.
• Apply Agile project management practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Gather user feedback in Agile cycles to improve BI solutions and user experience.
