Job summary

White & Case Global Operations Center Manila is seeking an IT Business Analyst in Makati. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into data structures that improve usability, reporting and platform integration.

You will model data, govern data relationships, and lead stakeholder interviews to deliver practical solutions, while ensuring data accuracy across complex systems in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles, including 3 years in architecture-related functions.
• Experience with data modeling, systems integration, data governance, and architecture tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with requirements-gathering experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requested data structures and relate them to existing models.
• Design and implement enhancements to data models for better integration and efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers and business units to ensure accurate, implementable data sets.
• Develop conceptual data models and related diagrams as integration specifications.
• Create documentation for standard practices in the information architecture repository.
• Provide technical support and training on data systems to other departments.
• Support data migration projects aligned with target architectures.
• Maintain the Enterprise Architecture capability model and application portfolio.
