Job summary

White & Case Global Operations Center Manila is seeking a Business Analyst for BI and Insights. You will translate business needs into Power BI dashboards, collaborate with Finance, HR, BD and Marketing, and deliver data-driven analyses.

You will work in a hybrid setup in Makati, join an Agile team, and contribute to data governance and adoption efforts while supporting stakeholders with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on business analysis experience with requirements gathering and insights.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear BI solutions and dashboards.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel and DAX; familiarity with SQL and cloud analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into clear BI solutions for Finance, HR, BD & Marketing.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses with commentary and recommendations to drive performance.
• Work in an Agile environment, manage backlog items, and collaborate with developers and data engineers.
• Support data quality, governance and change management, including user training and adoption tracking.
