Job summary

UNDP Philippines seeks a Project Associate to support the FAIR BHR Project within the Institutions and Partnerships Programme Team. This role contributes to coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the project portfolio to ensure timely delivery of activities and results.

The candidate should have secondary education or a first-level university degree and at least three years of relevant project/financial management experience, including budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Six years of admin/financial/procurement/logistics support experience with secondary education, or three years with a bachelor's degree.
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in project/financial management, including budget planning and monitoring.
• Experience with donor-funded projects or UN agencies is desirable.
• Fluency in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Support development of work plans, procurement plans, and progress reports.
• Track project delivery, manage internal expenditures, and ensure transparent use of resources.
• Assist with reviews, audits, and evaluations; support financial and operational closure of projects.
• Draft terms of reference and assist recruitment of consultants.
• Coordinate travel, organize workshops and meetings, maintain filing systems, and support asset and supply management.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting lessons learned.
