Job summary

UNDP Philippines seeks a Project Coordinator to lead the Project Management Unit for the FAIR BHR project in Metro Manila. The role reports to the I&P Programme Team Leader and coordinates with government, UN agencies, and donors to ensure strategic delivery, financial oversight, and results-based reporting.

Strong coordination, governance, and stakeholder engagement are essential to drive effective program outcomes and sustainable impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in a relevant field (see education).
• Experience in project coordination and implementation.
• Budget and financial monitoring experience.
• Stakeholder engagement and partnership management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination and implementation activities.
• Ensure financial integrity and reporting per donor requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government, UN agencies and partners.
• Provide guidance and coaching to PMU staff and monitor performance.
• Support knowledge management and advocacy for project goals.
