Job summary

Csod in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a Benefits Supervisor to administer company benefits programs, policies and procedures. You will ensure accurate processing, reporting and compliance with government regulations while coordinating with the HR team.

You will analyze data, maintain benefit databases and dashboards, manage the HR Helpdesk, and design campaigns to educate employees on benefits. The role requires teamwork and strong communication to drive smooth benefits administration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staying updated on government regulations, benefits trends and preparing recommendations for implementation.
• Monitoring and working with the team to ensure seamless execution and implementation of employee benefits.
• Ensuring proper documentation, timely processing and submission of employee benefits availment and billings.
• Monitoring budget and provide periodic reports and insights.
• Managing HR Helpdesk and working on resolutions on escalated employee concerns.
• Identifying contact persons and building partnerships to ensure smooth administration of services.
• Analyzing data and providing insights/recommendation/action plans.
• Updating benefits-related database, reports and dashboards.
• Designing information campaigns to educate employees on employee benefits processes and requirements.
