Job summary

ProView Global in the Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented CSR to handle customer inquiries about benefits, process transactions daily on the client’s platform, and generate reports on portal activity and metrics. You will maintain professional communications with client teams and document interactions per procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 1+ year of process-driven work, with strong MS Excel skills and willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years CSR experience is a plus).
• 1+ years’ experience with a process- and detail-oriented function is desirable.
• Proficient with learning and using various computer applications, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to work with multiple source files and apply client requirements to transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours or alternate shifts (holidays/weekends/nights).

Responsibilities

• Receiving and addressing customer inquiries via email or call regarding benefits.
• Processing transactions on a daily basis using the client’s benefits platform.
• Creating reports related to website/portal activity and call/email statistics.
• Communicating professionally with client counterparts and providing accurate information.
• Documenting all customer interactions according to procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with U.S. Cafeteria Plan rules and regulations.
• Collaborating with Benefits Administration Team to optimize tools and deliver monthly reports.
• Applying reporting standards to report configuration and ensure data integrity.
