Job summary

Bioessence Group of Companies is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to elevate branch sales performance across our network. You will develop, implement, and deliver training programs to boost product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement.

You will partner with Operations and Branch Managers to identify gaps, tailor coaching, and ensure consistent application of sales standards. Travel to branches will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (advantage).
• At least 2 years of relevant sales, retail, customer service, or beauty/wellness experience.
• Experience as Sales Trainer or Coach is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to different branches for training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom-based and hands-on sales training on selling techniques and customer engagement.
• Train staff on product knowledge, promotions, and services.
• Develop and facilitate training programs on upselling, cross-selling, retention, and relationships.
• Coach employees on communication, needs assessment, objections handling, and closing sales.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records and evaluations.
