Bioessence is seeking passionate Nurse Sales Consultants to connect with clients, assess skin and wellness needs, and recommend appropriate beauty solutions. You will drive sales, build trust, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across branches.

Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses with sales experience or RD nurses willing to transition into client consulting. Strong communication and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced brand enviroment.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with sales experience or RN willing to build a career in sales and client consulting.
Non-nurses with proven sales experience are welcome to apply, preferably from related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, understand client needs, and propose suitable solutions.
Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

Conduct client consultations including skin and wellness needs analysis.
Recommend appropriate products, treatments, and wellness solutions based on client needs.
Achieve individual sales and conversion targets consistently.
Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Follow up with clients to support retention and repeat business.
Support branch operations and customer service activities as needed.
Maintain accurate client records and consultation documentation.
Promote company programs, products, and services.
