Job summary

Bioessence is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations and lead a high-performing team, ensuring outstanding customer service while achieving business objectives.

You will drive sales performance, coach staff, maintain standards, manage inventory, and collaborate with marketing to promote promotions across branches. This role is based in the Philippines and requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory/branch management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in a service-oriented business such as fastfood, casual dining, retail, wellness, or healthcare.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing branch operations in a service-oriented business such as fastfood, casual dining, retail, hospitality, wellness, or healthcare

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or branch management role

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and drive team performance

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and execute operational initiatives

• Strong understanding of branch operations, including compliance, inventory management, reporting, cash handling, and service standards

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
