Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in aesthetics or faciology.
• 1+ years of facialist/aesthetician experience in skincare/retail setting.

• High hygiene standards and professional conduct.

Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc is seeking an experienced Facialist/Aesthetician to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will deliver exceptional facial treatments and aesthetic services to our valued clients. As a key member of our retail and consumer products team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding skincare expertise and enhancing the beauty and confidence of our customers. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving client satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate facial treatments and skincare products

• Performing a variety of professional facial treatments including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and specialised facials

• Applying skincare products and treatments using proper techniques to ensure optimal results and client comfort

• Providing personalised skincare advice and recommending suitable products to clients for at-home use

• Maintaining detailed client records and tracking treatment progress and preferences

• Ensuring a clean, hygienic and welcoming treatment environment at all times

• Educating clients on skincare routines, product benefits and proper application methods

• Assisting in promoting retail skincare products and services to enhance the overall client experience

• Staying updated with the latest facial treatments, skincare trends and industry best practices

• Building strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals

What we're looking for

• Professional certification or diploma in Aesthetics, Faciotherapy or a related skincare qualification

• Minimum of 1 years' proven experience as a Facialist/Aesthetician in a professional skincare or beauty retail environment

• Comprehensive knowledge of facial treatments, skincare analysis and product ingredients

• Strong understanding of skin types, conditions and appropriate treatment protocols

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professional conduct

• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on treatments
