Job summary

SEA Olympus Marketing Inc. is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive growth for our healthcare facility and fixture solutions business across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

You will identify opportunities, present solutions, and build relationships with hospital administrators, architects, contractors, and project owners. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, plus a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in sales operations or business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations (Business Development experience is a plus).
• Background in construction materials, healthcare products, or industrial products is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel outside assigned region.
• Pleasing personality with strong PR skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao.
• Conduct market research, mapping, and prospecting activities.
• Build relationships with hospital administrators, architects, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate, and secure product specifications during project planning/design stages.
• Close deals and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales Operations team for quotations, order processing, and delivery.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline records and submit regular activity & accomplishment reports.
• Forecast revenue opportunities and track project status.
