Job summary

Behavioral Health Works (BHW) is seeking a BCBA in Massachusetts to provide clinical leadership and oversight of individualized ABA services for children and adolescents. You will assess needs, develop treatment plans, mentor staff, and partner with families to drive meaningful outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with the Area Director and clinical team to maintain high standards of care while supporting staff, clients, and families in a flexible, hybrid work setting with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and licensure requirements.
• Active BCBA certification and Massachusetts licensure eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet documentation deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other assessments to guide ABA plans.
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA plans focused on skills and independence.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians.
• Monitor progress and update programming as needed.
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.
• Coordinate with families, schools, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reports.
