Job description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to RBTs/behavior technicians.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, clinical staff, and other professionals.
  • Ensure programs align with BACB ethics, clinical best practices, and organizational standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, parent trainings, and clinical reviews.
  • Maintain necessary certification and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification (or BCBA-eligible within 3–6 months).
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in a clinic-based ABA setting preferred (not required for BCBA-new).
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior-change procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

  • Caseload size: usually small-to-moderate, depending on clinic structure.
  • Work schedule: weekday clinic hours with optional flexibility.
