Job summary

Already Autism Health in Carrollton, KY is seeking a full-time Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our ABA providers in a clinic setting. You will provide leadership, clinical oversight, and supervise a team of BCBAs, RBTs, BCaBAs, and practicum students.

You will collaborate with caregivers to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA therapy in the clinic setting. The role involves conducting ABA assessments, supervising staff, maintaining documentation, and ensuring high-quality therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum two years’ autism/developmental disability experience.
• BACB supervisor training completed (8 hours).
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.
• Strong clinical judgment and crisis management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs and their teams.
• Facilitate clinical meetings and regular/ad-hoc sessions.
• Review client programs to ensure data accuracy and mastery criteria.
• Offer clinical support including parent training objectives and RBT coaching.
• Support onboarding of new hires and supervise records.
• Maintain documentation and supervise session notes, assessments, etc.
• Conduct ABA assessments, maintain a small caseload, and meet productivity.
• Annual performance reviews and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Ensure ethical practices in crisis response.
• Other duties as needed.

Compensation:

Up to $80,000 - $90,000+ per year plus bonus incentives.

Center DirectorBCBAResponsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs and their teams
• Facilitate clinical meetings and be available for regular and ad-hoc meetings
• Review and evaluate client programs to ensureaccuratedata collection, mastery criteria, and implementation
• Offer ongoing clinical support to BCBAs, including parent trainingobjectives, RBT coaching, and staff development
• Support the Training Manager with onboarding procedures for new hires (RBTs/BTs)
• Maintain documentation for BCBA candidate supervision and review clinical records (session notes, assessments, etc.)
• Conduct ABA assessments,maintainasmallactive caseload, and meet monthly productivity standards
• Conduct annual performance reviews and ensureclinical protocols are followed
• Ensure ethical and effective practices in crisis response
• Other duties and responsibilities from time to time

Qualifications forClinical DirectorBCBAs:

• Master’s degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of study
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
• Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently while following established guidelines
