Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Experience or familiarity with automation and batch processing tools.
• Understanding of security and data protection in banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute batch processing for Production and UAT applications.
• Provide first-level support for batch processing issues.
• Coordinate with application support teams for resolutions.
• Ensure integrity and security of reports, files, and embossing processes.
• Maintain security in the data center and follow run guides and procedures.
• Collaborate with users on processing concerns and implement new programs.
• Adhere to Bank Information Security standards and policies.
• Review daily production and UAT outputs and report irregularities.
• Shift as needed, including graveyard shifts and overtime.
