Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking a Data Center Support Analyst to join our Philippine-based operations. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Data Center, ensuring reliability and performance in a banking services environment.

The role requires knowledge of data center hardware, server and network operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail. Collaboration with IT teams and extended support hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.

Requirements

• The Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in IT or related courses.
• Preferably with 1 year experience relevant to the role.
• Good knowledge of data center hardware, server management, and network operations.
• Possesses problem-solving skills, the capability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge with data center management tools, monitoring software, and basic networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) as well as familiarity with backup and disaster recovery systems are added advantages.
