Job summary

Filinvest Hospitality Property: Quest Plus Conference Center Clark is seeking a Bartender with at least 1 year of experience in beverage service and customer-focused hospitality. You will manage bar operations, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction with expert service and product knowledge.

Role requires maintaining hygiene standards, inventory awareness, and collaboration with the Bar Captain and Outlet Manager to uphold quality and guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Bartender, Bar Associate, or Food & Beverage Service professional.
• Experience delivering guest-centric service in a hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of beverage offerings and bar terminology.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate customer service objectives that support the company’s mission and vision.
• Monitor guest service levels and respond to requests and concerns.
• Ensure service standards are consistently delivered for the guest experience.
• Assess customer satisfaction through guest interactions and feedback.
• Provide guests with value-added service and memorable experiences.
