Filinvest Hospitality Corporation is hiring a Chef de Partie for Quest Plus Conference Center Clark to manage a kitchen section, ensure proper mise en place, and maintain quality and presentation of dishes for events and daily service.

The role emphasizes teamwork with the culinary team, strong focus on food safety and sanitation, and assisting in training junior staff while supporting inventory control.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality industry.
• Preferable experience with various cuisines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and cooks assigned dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Oversees a specific kitchen section and ensures smooth operations.
• Maintains mise en place, food preparation, and ingredient availability before service.
• Maintains consistency in taste, quality, and plating of Spanish-inspired dishes.
• Coordinates with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation and service during events.
• Monitors food safety, sanitation, and proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Assists in training and guiding Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
• Supports inventory monitoring and minimizes food waste through portion control.

• Maintains consistency in taste, quality, and plating of Spanish-inspired dishes.
• Coordinates with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation and service during restaurant operations and events.
• Monitors food safety, sanitation, and proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Assists in training and guiding Commis Chefs and junior kitchen team members.
• Supports inventory monitoring and minimizes food waste through proper portion control and production practices.
