Job summary

The Abaca Group Inc is seeking a front-line cafe associate in a busy Manila location. You will prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages while taking accurate orders and handling POS transactions.

Beyond beverage preparation, you will maintain equipment cleanliness, provide friendly service, and resolve customer questions with a positive, exuberant attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in the same industry.
• High School or College graduate, preferably in HRM or similar field.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Keep the quality of coffee products per TAG program standards.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Serve each customer with an honest, positive, friendly attitude.
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the head.
