Ang J.E. Manalo & Co. Incorporated ay naghahanap ng karanasang Barge Patron/Master para pamunuan ang operasyon ng barge. Magbibigay ng liderato sa deck crew, at magsisiguro ng ligtas at epektibong operasyon, kabilang ang mooring, towing, at navigation.

Dapat may malalim na kaalaman sa marine operations at kakayahang magtrabaho onboard lalo na sa shifting o extended schedules. Ang posisyon ay in-person/onboard sa Navotas, Pilipinas.

Qualifications

May karanasan bilang Barge Patron, Barge Master, Tugboat Captain, Vessel Master o Deck Officer.
May karanasan sa barge, tugboat, vessel, towing, o marine operations.
May kaalaman sa mooring, anchoring, towing, navigation, at deck operations.
May leadership skills at kayang mag-supervise ng deck crew.

Responsibilities

Pangasiwaan ang safe at efficient operation ng barge.
Mag-supervise ng mooring, anchoring, towing, at deck operations.
Tumulong sa navigation at positioning ng barge.
Mag-supervise sa deck crew at magbigay ng instructions sa daily operations.

Naghahanap kami ng Barge Patron / Barge Master na may experience sa barge, tugboat, vessel, o marine operations.

Mga Gawain

Pangasiwaan ang safe at efficient operation ng barge.
Mag-supervise ng mooring, anchoring, towing, at deck operations.
Tumulong sa navigation at positioning ng barge.
Mag-supervise sa deck crew at magbigay ng instructions sa daily operations.
Siguraduhin ang proper handling at securing ng cargo/equipment.
Mag-inspect ng barge, deck equipment, ropes, winches, at safety equipment.
Panatilihin ang kalinisan, kaayusan, at safety ng barge.
Mag-report ng equipment issues, incidents, at safety concerns.
Sundin ang company policies at marine safety regulations.

Qualifications

May experience bilang Barge Patron, Barge Master, Tugboat Captain, Vessel Master, o Deck Officer.
May experience sa barge, tugboat, vessel, towing, o marine operations.
Knowledgeable sa mooring, anchoring, towing, navigation, at deck operations.
May leadership skills at kayang mag-supervise ng deck crew.
Physically fit, responsible, at safety-conscious.
Willing to work onboard with shifting or extended schedules.
Experienced marine personnel are highly encouraged to apply.
