Job summary

J.E. Manalo & Co. Incorporated naghahanap ng Quarter Master/Deck Crew na may karanasan sa mga barko kagaya ng tugboat at barge. Ang posisyon ay nakatugon sa on board na trabaho sa Navotas at kailangang handa sa shifting o extending schedules.

Makikita dito ang mga tungkulin tulad ng mooring, anchoring, towing, deck operations, at cargo handling, ropes, winches, at deck equipment. Mahalaga ang kaligtasan, pisikal na lakas, at pagiging maaasahan sa ilalim ng Barge Patron/Captain.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quarter Master or Deck Crew or AB.
• Experience in tugboats, barges, vessels is an advantage.
• Familiar with mooring, anchoring, lashing, and deck operations.
• Physically fit to work onboard.
• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work on shifting/extended schedules.
• Experienced marine workers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist mooring, anchoring, towing, and deck operations.
• Operate and maintain ropes, winches, anchor chains, and deck equipment.
• Assist in cargo handling, lashing, and securing equipment/materials.
• Perform basic deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and lubrication.
• Assist navigation and vessel operations as instructed by the Barge Patron/Captain.
• Follow marine safety procedures and company policies.
• Report safety concerns or equipment problems immediately.

Naghahanap kami ng Quarter Master / Deck Crew na may experience sa marine vessel, tugboat, barge, o deck operations.

Mga Gawain

• Assist sa mooring, anchoring, towing, at deck operations.

• Mag-operate at mag-maintain ng ropes, winches, anchor chains, at deck equipment.

• Tumulong sa cargo handling, lashing, at securing ng equipment/materials.

• Magsagawa ng basic deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, at lubrication.

• Tumulong sa navigation at vessel operations as instructed by the Barge Patron/Captain.

• Sundin ang marine safety procedures at company policies.

• I-report agad ang anumang safety concern o equipment problem.

Qualifications

• May experience bilang Quarter Master, Deck Crew, Able Seaman (AB), Seaman, o related marine position.

• May experience sa tugboat, barge, vessel, o marine operations ay advantage.

• Familiar sa basic mooring, anchoring, lashing, at deck operations.

• Physically fit at kayang magtrabaho onboard.

• Responsible, disciplined, at safety-conscious.

• Willing to work on shifting/extended schedules.

• Experienced marine workers are highly encouraged to apply.
