Job summary

Barceló Hotel Group invites motivated final-year students to join its Hotel Management Internship Program. You will work across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and administration under the guidance of the Hotel Director, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure.

The program runs 4–6 months with shared accommodation, full board, monthly stipend, and potential progression onto Barceló’s Development Plan for future management opportunities.

Qualifications

• Final-year student in Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hotel Management or related field and eligible to sign an internship agreement
• Two hands-on internships in different hotel departments preferred
• Strong English skills (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to relocate anywhere within the EMEA region

This cross-training program offers you hands-on experience across all hotel departments — from Front Office and Housekeeping to F&B and Administration — providing you with a 360º understanding of hotel operations. Under the direct mentorship of the Hotel Director and support of the Management Team, you’ll gain practical skills, strategic insights, and leadership exposure that will shape your career.

To be part of our Barceló Hotel Management Internship Program, you should meet the following criteria:

• Final-year student in a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management (or a related field), and eligible to sign an internship agreement through your school or university
• Previous hands-on experience through at least two operational internships, ideally across different hotel departments (e.g., Rooms Division and Food & Beverage)
• Strong English skills (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a big plus
• Willingness to relocate anywhere within the EMEA region — flexibility is key to your growth within the company.
