Job summary

Barceló Hotel Group invites motivated final-year students to join its Hotel Management Internship Program. You will work across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and administration under the guidance of the Hotel Director, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure.

The program runs 4–6 months with shared accommodation, full board, monthly stipend, and potential progression onto Barceló’s Development Plan for future management opportunities.

Qualifications

• Final-year student in Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hotel Management or related field and eligible to sign an internship agreement
• Two hands-on internships in different hotel departments preferred
• Strong English skills (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to relocate anywhere within the EMEA region
• Barceló Group is a leading international hospitality company

Responsibilities

• Participate in Barceló Hotel Management Internship Program and be mentored by the Hotel Director
• Assist in Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Administration to gain 360º hotel operations exposure
• Support leadership development path toward potential future management roles
