Barceló Hotel Group busca un/a recepcionista para trabajar en sus hoteles, encargándose del check-in y check-out, atención al cliente y coordinación con cocina y comedor.

Se valora inglés alto y experiencia en reservas, Ofimática y capacidad de adaptación; se ofrece formación continua y oportunidades de movilidad geográfica entre hoteles.

Qualifications

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Hostelería y Turismo.
• Experiencia: mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
• Idiomas: inglés alto, valorable segundo idioma.

Responsabilités

• Preparar la documentación previa al check-in y check-out de clientes y realización del mismo.
• Cuidar el buen estado de limpieza y orden de mobiliario e instalaciones de recepción.
• Dar atención telefónica de clientes y llamadas externas.
• Cambiar divisas.
• Coordinarse con cocina y comedor.
• Proporcionar al cliente información y atender sus reclamaciones.

What will you do?
